- Experiment with ingredients that work best for your body—just like I did!
- 1 Scoop Collagen
- 2 Tsp. MCT Oil
- 1 Tsp. Cacao Butter
- 1 Tsp. Hemp Hearts
- Sprinkle of Himalayan Pink Sea Salt
- Sprinkle of Cinnamon
- Splash of Organic Half & Half (I can’t drink black coffee)
- 1/2 Cup Coffee (I love Four Sigmatic!)
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth. I use the NutriBullet.
