My dad’s cancer diagnosis led me to the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) almost 10 years ago.
As a student, I studied over 100 dietary theories, and had the opportunity to learn from 85 of the top experts in functional medicine including Dr. Mark Hyman, Dr. Andrew Weil, and Dr. Bernie Siegel.
Since graduating from IIN’s Health Coach Training Program (HCTP), I’ve completed numerous certifications and advanced courses in integrative health and wellness including:
– Hormone Health
– Holistic Health Cooking
– Nourishing Thyroid Health
– Cooking for People with Serious Illnesses
– New Healers Master Coaching
I recently completed IIN’s Coaching Intensive Practicum. This will allow me to sit for the exam and become a Nationally Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). This credential is considered the profession’s highest distinction.
I also made the decision to (finally!) change careers by launching my private coaching practice and my cooking blog, The Healthful Kitchen.
I’ve found an incredible sense of purpose, and service, in helping the women I work with reach higher levels of health, wellness, and awareness.
Being able to witness their transformations, and help them protect their health, is an absolute privilege.
